This is Engi Cruiser aka The Torus, one of 9 micro LEGO ships from award-winning Rogue-Like game FTL: Faster Than Light.
In 2013 I was running a LEGO CUUSOO project that gained quite a movement and even reached its goal, but was not picked by The Lego Group.
